• Crafting strategies to build Excelsior Community College as an institution capable of reaching its targeted performance on schedule.
• Assisting in developing budgets to steer the College’s resources into those internal activities critical for its success.
• Developing supportive strategic policies.
• Developing targets for successful strategy execution.
• Assisting in identifying and implementing internal support systems that will enable the Human Resource personnel of Excelsior Community College to carry their role more effectively.
• Developing change strategies.
• Re-examining strategies on a constant basis to facilitate continuous institutional improvement.
• Assisting in evaluating ECC’s performance, reviewing changes in the environment and making recommendations for adjustments to the strategic plan.
