The Research and Innovation Division (RID) is an office that serves all key stakeholders within the College. The primary function of the division is to design and implement research projects that would include: the collection, analysis and reporting on data that supports the planning function, as well as policy and decision making of the College. The RID also provides information and analytical support to enable the institution to fulfil its overall strategic mission. There are three core mandates of the RID, namely, institutional research, strategic plan monitoring/evaluation and academic research. The RID also undertakes reporting to governmental, and where necessary to regional and international agencies and provides all relevant information based on requests from a variety of internal and external constituents. The Research & Innovation Division enables informed decision-making anchored on research by providing accurate and timely empirical data to guide sound institutional teaching and management.
