- Registration will close when teams are at capacity.
- Teams will compete on May 18th.
- The regional event is offered in a virtual format.
- The competition is open to full members of SAP University Alliances in the United States and Canada.
- One team per university is permitted to register.
- There is no cost to participate.
- Students should have prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ERPsim – training is not provided.
- Each team has a minimum of 3 students and maximum of 4 students, plus one faculty coach. Students may be taking undergraduate or graduate programs from any discipline. Diverse teams are encouraged.
- Teams will be ranked based on their company valuation.
- The coach is the point of contact for all event logistics / communications and is responsible for registering the team.
- Student details including university email address, program of study and discipline are provided during registration.
- Teams play 4 rounds of the Manufacturing Introduction game during the finals.
- The virtual company with the highest company valuation at the end of the game is the winner.
- No cheating is allowed! All teams must always behave ethically. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify teams who are not playing ethically and fairly.
- Teams are not allowed to use the SAP transactions performed by the simulator (ex. MIGO or CO15).
- Coaches can join their team’s breakout rooms, but they will be asked to come back to the main room when the simulation is running.
- Top 3 teams will be invited to compete at the ERPsim Game Iberoamerica on May 24th, 2022.
